We are heartbroken to let you know that Milo took a turn for the worse late yesterday and he passed away on August 9, 2016 in the loving arms of his foster mom Sharon. Milo came in with many medical issues, but thanks to your generous donations, we were able to improve his condition for the month he spent with us. He had an instant connection to his foster mom, and they have been constant companions for the last month. Milo loved spending time outside while Sharon gardened, and he really loved his stroller rides in the neighborhood, he was well known on the street he lived and had many friends. He especially enjoyed being held, kissed and doted on by Sharon and her granddaughter. Can you fit a lifetime of love into one month? We think you can, and Sharon and Milo would agree. While we are so sad at his passing, we are happy and grateful that we are able to have the resources, thanks to generous donors, to help these seniors have a loving ending to their lives.
